Comfortable walking shoes are necessary for any physical activities.

Beware of counterfeit articles. Renowned brands that you find on market stalls may not be authentic.

Be wary of pickpockets, especially in crowded areas.

Shops are open from 9.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Thursdays, Sundays and public holidays shops are open until midday.

Banks and foreign exchange counters are normally open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
