Most people dream of having the chance one day of having an encounter – for real – with dolphins and whales. The west coast is the place to be for such amazing experience ! Departure from Dolswim welcome centre Black River.

    • No Show :confirmed clients do not show up for departure: 100% cancellation fee
    • Cancellation 24 hrs before departure : 100% cancellation fee
    • Cancellation 48 hrs before departure: 50% cancellation fee
    • Weather conditions not suitable to clients: 100% cancellation fee
    • Bad weather -cancellation by Mautourco before departure: Full refund
    • Bad weather -cancellation by Mautourco during excursion: Partial refund

    • Children under 12 yrs old should be accompanied by an adult
    • To bring your own snorkeling equipment (mask, tuba & fins)
    • There is no guarantee to encounter the whales
