Groups & Incentives Coordinator
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Send proposal, meet deadlines and assist the operative team
Handling of Incentive & Conference Groups and Cruise ships requests
Work out quotation for groups/ incentives/cruise ships and meet deadline
Ensure that customer’s files are processed efficiently according to procedure, attending promptly to their requests and pre-accounting/invoicing
Follow up on payments when required
Create and update customer database
Coordinate all group activities, prepare Rallies and Events
Prepare VIPs/Incentive agents, & Familiarisation trips program
Attending to VIPS at Airport, Hotel, lunches, dinners, etc… whenever required and proper handling of their respective files and itineraries.
Specific Requirements:
Diploma in Tourism Management or relevant experience in the Tourism field
Fluent in French and English, a third language would be an advantage
Computer literate (Word–Excel–PowerPoint-Email)
Willingness to work odd hours, including Public Holidays
Good public relations and communication skills
Customer relation skills
Trustworthy, proactive, creative and dynamic personality
