Groups & Incentives Coordinator

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Send proposal, meet deadlines and assist the operative team

  • Handling of Incentive & Conference Groups and Cruise ships requests

  • Work out quotation for groups/ incentives/cruise ships and meet deadline

  • Ensure that customer’s files are processed efficiently according to procedure, attending promptly to their requests and pre-accounting/invoicing

  • Follow up on payments when required

  • Create and update customer database

  • Coordinate all group activities, prepare Rallies and Events

  • Prepare VIPs/Incentive agents, & Familiarisation trips program

  • Attending to VIPS at Airport, Hotel, lunches, dinners, etc… whenever required and proper handling of their respective files and itineraries.

Specific Requirements:

  • Diploma in Tourism Management or relevant experience in the Tourism field

  • Fluent in French and English, a third language would be an advantage

  • Computer literate (Word–Excel–PowerPoint-Email)

  • Willingness to work odd hours, including Public Holidays

  • Good public relations and communication skills

  • Customer relation skills

  • Trustworthy, proactive, creative and dynamic personality
