Interaction with Caracal / Serval (15 mins). Entrance fees are compulsory to book this activity.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • 100% cancellation fee for No Show, booking cancelled less than 48 hours of the day of activity and for clients who does not show up 30 mins prior to the start of the activity. You decide not to do the activity upon arrival at the park or at the departure point

  • Note

    • Interaction with Caracal or Serval is open to 15 yrs+ and a minimum height of 1m50.
    • Clients should arrive at the park at least 45 minutes before the activity and at the designated waiting areas 15 mins before the activity.
    • Alternate outing may not be proposed to late arrivals and there will be no refund.
    • Disclaimer form is compulsory and minor under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to sign the disclaimer form. Voucher number compulsory on reservation
    • If the clients do not understand English or French a translator must accompany the clients otherwise they will not be able to participate in any activity involving a safety talk.
    • No Big cats activities available on Sundays
