Wedding Coordinator


  • Handling reservation by email

  • Processing reservation in the computer system

  • Filing of documents

  • Following up bookings with hotels, representatives, suppliers, civil status and embassies

  • Preparing agencies/suppliers monthly accounts

  • Sending pro-forma invoices and follow-up of payment procedures

  • Performs any other duties in relation to the job when requested by management.

Specific Requirements:

  • HSC or equivalent, Fluent in English and French both written and spoken

  • Computer literate (Word–Excel–PowerPoint–Email)

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & customer relations skills

  • Willingness to work odd hours including Sundays and Public Holidays

  • Proactive, Trustworthy, outspoken and outgoing personality

  • Listener, able to react in all situations, creative and sense of organization

  • Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines
