Sales Consultant

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Boost up of sales and upsell to materialize the maximum of bookings as per set budget.

  • Send pro forma invoices and follow up of payment procedures as per contract.

  • Process reservations in the computer system.

  • Provide guidance to customers and provide excellent customer service.

  • Pay attention to all partners needs and send competitive quotes as per request.

  • Maintain good relationship with TOs and Suppliers.

  • Maintain good relationship with TOs and Suppliers.

  • Contribute to the development of innovative and creative sales techniques.

  • Handle unforeseen issues & complaints, negotiate with hotels & suppliers to obtain best deals & inform the Managers accordingly.

Specific Requirements:

  • SC/HSC holder or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the reservation field.

  • Fluent in French and English.

  • Computer literate (Word-Excel) Customer Relations.

  • Willing to work odd hours (shift system), Saturdays and P.Holidays.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Listener, able to react in all situations, creative and organized.

  • Outgoing, friendly personality.
