Reservation Assistant

              

      

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle hotel/excursions and transfer bookings by email and tour operators’ online system

  • Process reservations in the computer system

  • Follow up of bookings with hotels

  • Communicate with Hotel Representatives and other departments

  • Prepare agencies monthly accounts and follow-up of payment

  • Perform any other duties in relation to the job when requested by management

Specific Requirements:

  • HSC or equivalent, Fluent in English and French both written and spoken

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & customer relations skills

  • Willingness to work odd hours including Sundays and Public Holiday

  • Proactive, Trustworthy, outspoken and outgoing personality

  • Listener, able to react in all situations, creative and sense of organization

  • Ability to work under pressure and respect deadline
